  • Why doesn't anything happen when I click the "Annual Subscribers" button?

    1. You're not an Insiders Annual Subscriber. This part of the site is for Annual Subscribers only.

    2. It's not yet 12:00 AM EST on 1/1/22. Even for Annual Subscribers, this link only becomes live in 2022.

  • What's the difference between the Insider's Monthly and Annual Plans?

    Annual Plan members enjoy better pricing per month, and they also get a new collectible magnet for each year they're a part of the program.

  • How do I claim my 2022 magnet?

    If you're an Annual Subscriber, wait until 12:00 AM on 1/1/2 and then click the "Annual Subscribers" button above. Add a magnet to your cart and complete the checkout process.

  • I thought the magnet came with my Annual Subscription. Why do I have to check out?

    Untappd doesn't store your shipping address, so you'll need to complete the checkout process so we know where to send the magnet. However, both the magnet and shipping should be free.

  • I’ve added the Annual Magnet to my cart but I'm not getting free shipping. WHAT IS HAPPENING???

    If you’re not receiving free shipping on your annual magnet, you probably have other items in your cart. Please clear those items and try ordering again.

  • How many magnets can I order?

    Each person with an Untappd Insiders Annual Subscription can order exactly one (1) magnet. If you try to order more than one magnet, your order will be canceled.

  • Where can I ship my magnet?

    At present, we can only ship magnets to the United States and Canada. If you live abroad, you can ship your magnet to an address in the US or Canada, and we hope to have more shipping options available soon.
